How can I purchase a yearbook?
Orders are now being taken for the 2009 Commodore. This year’s book will be approximately 350 pages, largely in color, with a purchase price of $90. Please click here for ordering information.

When should I get my portrait taken?
The Commodore hosts portrait sittings each year for all undergraduate students, conducted on campus and free of charge courtesy of Herff Jones Photography. Please click here for additional information regarding portrait sittings.

How can I purchase a Parent & Family Ad?
A personal congratulation from parents and family is a thoughtful way to honor a student’s accomplishments at Vanderbilt, and the 2009 Commodore Yearbook is pleased to continue this popular tradition. Please click here for more information.

How can I find out if I already ordered the 2009 yearbook?
Generally, parents order yearbooks for their students. If you are unsure whether or not an order has been placed for a specific student, please email the yearbook office at order@vanderbiltcommodore.com.

When will my yearbook be delivered?
The Commodore is a fall-delivery book. This enables us to produce a complete record of the academic year without having to omit spring information or produce a supplement. Work on this year’s book will continue into early summer, with shipping expected in early fall 2009.

How can I obtain a yearbook from a previous year?
The Commodore maintains a very limited inventory of annuals remaining from previous years.We are pleased to make these back editions available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone. Please click here to learn more about availability and ordering.

Can I submit my own portrait to the yearbook?
The Commodore is contractually obligated to publish only yearbook portraits taken by Herff Jones Photography, and as a result portraits submitted from other sources cannot be printed. However, portrait sittings for all undergraduate students are conducted on campus and free of charge courtesy of Herff Jones Photography. How can my organization be included in the yearbook?
